I was born in 1941 and was 4 years old when World War II ended in 1945. Too young to know anything about 'war,' it was when I was in my teen years that I began to learn about their atrocities. For years, I could not read fast enough. And then, I was no longer driven to know more.
The questions on my mind and those around me at that time were,
